Over time, the pickling solution is more and more saturated with these metals. After certain period of time the pickling solution has lost its working efficiency and is discharged.

ReOrbis has developed a process that enables the complete recovery of the acids and metals from the spent liquor. The remaining fraction is converted into reusable products, preventing the need for landfilling.
